• All members of Guitar Hall have pay their complete fees at the time of enrolling.

1. All the classes have to be covered up within stipulated duration of respective modules.(eg. Module 1 =3 Months)
   
2. If the student cannot complete the syllabus or sessions within the stipulated time period of any module then the student will have to pay the fees monthly after the duration of every module.
3. Once paid, fees are non-transferable/ non-adjustable/non-refundable under any circumstances.
4.  Service tax will be payable as applicable.
5. If admission is cancelled midterm, no dues should be left pending.  Application for withdrawal must be submitted to the academy a minimum of one month prior to the end of the module. No internal examination results, reports, certificates or recommendations due will be issued to such students. No disputes will be entertained.
6. Service Tax and other statutory taxes should be paid separately, as and where applicable.
7. No student whose fees remain unpaid in full or in part will be allowed to enroll for the Trinity College London examination. No internal examination results, reports, certificates or recommendations due will be issued to such students.
8. The academy reserves the right to revise/amend the Fee Schedule from time to time.
9. Prior intimation is expected from the member if going to miss a class.
10. The member is supposed to sign the attendance sheet before leaving the class without fail.
11. Classes missed should be compensated by the member within the stipulated time period of the module. No extra time period would be granted to the students.
12. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
13. Due to any circumstances if the classes are closed the member will get extra sessions.
14. Membership of any member will not be transferred under any circumstances.
15.  Membership is only valid in the particular centre where you have enrolled.
16. Duration varies from individual to individual.
