GUITAR HALL POWERING UP THE MUSIC EDUCATION SEGMENT.
Mumbai, August 16(HT): Mumbai's premier guitar training academy Guitar Hall has submitted the maximum number of students for Trinity College London guitar exams to be conducted on November 2009 at Mumbai.62 students have registered for the exams at Guitar Hall and are working out relentlessly at the academy under the expert guidance of the Guitar Hall teachers. Guitar Hall having more than 800 students learning at their academy currently is well known in Mumbai for its new methods and approach in music training and guitar learning solutions. Guitar Hall is also engaged in imparting music education at leading international schools across Mumbai. Kiran Roy, Founder/Director
of Guitar Hall said Guitar Hall has set a new pedagogy in guitar learning and that they hope to send even more students for Trinity College London exams next year.

Our team has worked relentlessly on perfecting the new pedagogy for guitar training and developing music learning programs, which has given a whole new dimension to guitar training,” he said.
Guitar Hall has come up with a unique training program for corporate houses and international schools in the music learning environment, to help achieve the educational and stress bursting needs of contemporary times.Guitar Hall is currently training 600 students from international schools and corporate houses apart from their own institute.
Guitar Hall’s guitar-learning modules are easy to access for people of all age groups. “We have introduced a specialized performance based guitar program in the syllabus this year. Earlier, the program was just a part of the curriculum. Now this program will act as the portfolio of a student.” said Roy.
Guitar Hall has been offering professional training in Trinity College London plectrum guitar syllabus apart from their proven Guitar Hall Modules under their professional guidance to students across Mumbai. GUITAR HALL ON AN EXPANSION SPREE
Mumbai,November 2(BT):Guitar Hall, Mumbai’s Leading Guitar Training Classes On An Expansion Spree.
Guitar Hall, the Mumbai based professional music training and music showroom chain, plans to double its outlet count in Mumbai by next year-end to cater to the city's growing appetite for music learning and stress bursting needs.
"In the next 12-14 months, we are targeting a 100% rise in store-count from four at present to at least 15 by December 2010," Guitar Hall development partner for Mumbai Rajveer Singh was quoted as saying.
The music institute which opened its first institute cum store in Mumbai at Chembur in March 1998, has since grown steadily, adding a center regularly with outlets at Ghatkopar,Vashi,Andheri and Cuffe Parade. In the past three months though, there's been a spurt in activity with two stores being launched at Ghatkopar and Ahmednagar. In a few days, another will open at Vashi, the report added.
"The enthusiasm with which customers in Mumbai have embraced the Guitar Hall Programs and the handpicked instruments on offer in the stores is indicative of a shift to more professional music training and services. Over the next year, we plan to fill the pockets that are currently not covered. These include many parts in Mumbai.," Rajveer Singh said, adding that work on their second outlet at Chembur is already underway since the Chembur center which is also their headquarters had registered a 250 per cent growth in student membership and guitar sales in the last 2 years itself.
Guitar Hall plans to venture out this year with centers outside Mumbai with their Ahmednagar center launching on the 1 st of November. Their Ahmednagar center is located at Musiversity which is spread over 20,000 sq. foot state of the art facilities. Next year, stores are lined up in other cities in India. "Till last year, we were consolidating in Mumbai. Last year, the downturn hit our expansion plans. But with the economy doing a smart turnaround, the growth plan is back on track," said Singh. "We have the capacity and we have the hunger for more centers," Singh signs off.
